52 currencies selectable in the app, and the AI scanner detects any ISO 4217 currency directly from a receipt image. Auto-converts at today's exchange rate.

One honest caveat

HomePot isn't offline-first yet

If offline expense entry is a hard requirement, HomePot currently needs a network connection (it syncs live). Tricount and the older Splitwise client both handle offline better right now. We're working on it, but we'd rather tell you upfront than let you find out on a plane.

CSV import is on the roadmap. You can export your Splitwise group as CSV today and we'll ship an importer soon. Drop us a line at homepotapp@gmail.com and we'll notify you the day it lands.

Is HomePot really free? expand_more

Yes. The free plan includes 1 group, 20 expenses per month, an AI receipt scanner with a monthly scan limit, multi-currency, and zero ads — forever. Pro (from €2.92/month on annual billing) removes the limits and adds unlimited groups, exports and advanced analytics.
